hi all when i was in hospital they found an abnormal beat on ecg its called bigeminy my heart was going really fast then really slow has anyone heard of it b 4

No I'm sorry I have never heard of it before, did they say if it is treatable or is it just part of your makeup?

Hi there - Bigeminy is when your heart misses every other beat - it's like having ectopics, but a very regular disruption. You can break the rhythm if you cough. I get them along with random beats and was told they are harmless as long as they don't continue for any length of time. I've had a half hour run before.
