Hi was wondering if anyone here was on zispin soltabs and if so did they cut the soltabs ,its just i dont want to go from 30mg to 15mg straight away as i'm scared of the side affects,so wanted to do it more gradual,but as i'm on the soltab(dissovable) ones,wasnt sure if u could cut them? would appreciate other peoples storys on withdrawing from soltab?

Maybe you could get a supply of 30mg and a supply of 15mg, alternate them every night for a while before going down to 15 every night, if that makes sense. Talk to your GP I'd suggest. Good luck with the decrease. Good news is tshat the 15 has the same sedative effect as higher doses.
