Chronic Fatigue??

Hi I had this point for 3 weeks where I had weakness in hands and then felt fatigued is this classed as CFS? After these 3 weeks suffered anxiety disorder and recovering and getting better. Now suddenly feel burnt out as well and fatigued ever since last saturday when I did a body workout.

Could this just be a workout burnout which last for couple of weeks?

Btw I had blood tests beforehand and everything was fine?

Hi

I have CFS amongst other issues, it sounds similar to how i feel. If your bloods have come back fine, dont worry. My only advice is eat healthy and try to avoid caffiene, it doesnt help.

Stress can cause these symptoms too but if u r still worried, go back to GP.

Sure stress can cause this? I started getting my energy back was going to the gym fine then like the previous time i went there and started feeling so weak. and had this weak feeling and achy muscles for like a week and half what is it arggggggh making me well anxious.
I feel bed ridden tnite becoz had a busy day so annoying.
Anyone had this experience or know what to do?
