Hello! I joined awhile back back when my panic disorder was at it's peak. I figured having a place to go where many people have the same problems as me would help. It did, even though I didn't talk that much. :]

I sorta disappeared when college got back in session, and though it's been stressful my panic attacks haven't shown up at all, with one exception in Feb. Mostly because the doctor that I see helped my mother give birth to me, and he's a close friend of the family. So whenever I felt even the teeny bit anxious I had a doctor to slap me in the face and tell me to shut up and get a grip.

So I figured, why not come back and say hello to everyone and offer help to those who need it?? I'm only 18 but hey, if I can help you peeps then I will!
