Hi guys this is what Ive been doing

Hi

I went to a town today and hubby droped me off in the middle of town and went and parked.

I went into a leather shop to buy my new handbag :-) I did have a panic outside the shop but it calmed down and I was complety safe.
Im walking my dog around my block with my hubby now.

I have made an apoinment in my doctors for next friday to have my smear test done I have not been to my doctors surgery in years.

This is all happend since I have been doing the CL method
I met CL on wednesday and I went for a half a mile walk with him before that day i was only walking 30 feet.

I am feeling great and my life is changing, Im changing my diet to so im not eating so much crap now and drinking water
