Hello people.
The docter told me i was suffering anxiety.
As my heart is always very strong (constant) it never stops, not fast but really strong.
I can see it beat in my chest, and when i lay down my whole stomach is moving on my heartbeat .. If I put my mobile phone on it .. It just jumps.
Whats causing this ..? I even have it after ive been relaxing .. Or when i do sport .. After ive been drinking alcohol, its getting worse (not on the day itself, but the day after)
Or do i just have a strong heartbeat .. And i neved noticed it before?
I'm 20 years old .. Don't smoke. Bit overweight ..
