Good on you, Bluegirl.
I've really gotta bite the bullet and go for it.
I love the sun and seeing my kids in the sea would be great.
Let us know how you go.

hi bluegirl, I had a 'missed departure' once, too. My rucksack went to Majorca without me... I've flown many miles since then, thanks to the diazepam x
Knowing it's irrational doesn't change anything...

Having a few g & t's on the plane is ok, but you have to get on the plane first! As for feeling groggy after taking Valium, does that really matter? What matters is that you've got on the flight, and got to your destination to enjoy your holiday. BTW - Valium and g & t's don't mix.
is diazepam the same as valium? I mean, does it have same effect?
please can anyone tell me? also I know you can't take vaium when preg as it can cause birth defects but how long does it stay in your systme for?
I really don't want to take it and then try to conceive if it could still cause abnormalities - does anyone know??
Hi Em, Diazepam and valium are the same drug.. They are in and out of your system pretty quickly about a day I would have thought, but your doctor will be able to give you more specific advice when they prescribe you the meds for your flying. x
