I suffer from SA but am feeling ever so slightly better lately, just thought I'd try to get out while im feeling brave.

I live in Leeds too and am currently trying to manage my anxiety and try to get out a bit (which has recently become one of my fears!)
I would love to meet up with anyone who lives near - it would give me such confidence to be able to chat with others who really understand. It would also give me some focus to get out and about!!

Where in Leeds are you going for a Coffee? How do we know who to look out for?

We could take each others numbers and txt when we get there or wear pointy hats so we don't miss each other. I prefer the 1st option though, don't think my SA will thank me for the pointy hat!! lol

I work mon-fri, so unless I book a day off work I can only go on a evening or every other Sunday when I don't have my kids over.
