bile?

Does anyone else bring yellow/orange horrible tasting liquid up if you cough to much or gag?Is this bile from your stomach and if so what causes this?

Hi Zippy, yeah this has happened to me, Yes I think it is bile, never been worried about it to be honest. I don't know what causes it, my guess it that its a normal bodily function especially when we cough our body tries to expel anthing nasty, bringing up phlegm and bile.
