Throat closing up

For a few days now I've had a funny feeling in my throat like its swelled or closing up. When I swallow it feels like when you swallow down the wrong hole and feels strange when I breathe in. I can breathe, I'm not wheezing or anything but it just feels swelled.

My tongue felt like it was too big for my mouth last night too.

omg just had this today
iwas so terrified thought like my throat was closing and then i cudnt breathe
went to the doctors to see if its my allegies and he said no just my anxiety and panic attacks that ive been having recently
glad im not alone
