maybe i am not a morning person, i wake up at 6am start work at 8am send my kids to school at 7am, could that be the reason why i always got this anxiety, panic attack, dizziness, light headed feeling? sometimes i feel my head like getting bigger and exploding. and after so much stress at work sometimes at night i can't sleep. sometimes i dozed off very early. and the next morning the moment i step in office i feel so dizzy and light heaed and this last the whole day and everyday. help. could i stop working and stay at home?
