I read last year about chemicals and additives in food doing nasty things to childrens behaviour and thought I wonder if it can interfere with me>
So Ive cut out all additives in food, which means I only eat fresh and food I prepare myself. No more of the yummy stuff, its quite boriing but it seems to be having an affect. I've been eating like this for a while now and have only had two panic attacks, one last October and one in January, Of course this could be mind over matter but it's working for me!
