I'm having a very bad panic attack. My heart is beating at about 90 and I'm shaking like a leaf. My chest keeps getting this wierd feeling that I can't explain. Can someone help me.

Shaking is the same fear
The weird feeling in your chest is probably the adrenalin surging around which happens when we panic.
I know it sounds stuid BUT try to be calm
