i won, after 32 years...ive won!

After having a row with my drunken husband last night i was very edgy when i went to bed. I was rudely awakened at 12 45 by a very unwelcome guest...panic had come to visit! Id been panic free since January and felt gutted. I shot out of bed running round house trying to find a hiding place but it found me everytime, so in defeat went back to bed. My heart was pounding, i felt sick and was sweating like a pig. Id dealt with one bully tonight and was now faced with another. For the first time in 32 years, i fought back. I slapped the panics face a few times and showed it the door.
By 12.55 i was in control, i did it! Im so pleased , in fact Im buzzing! Just hope when panic calls again I can be strong enough to see it off.

What a fantasic thing you did to stand up and fight instead of taking flight.
I know I'm a lot stronger now in lots of things but Mr Anxiety, Mr Dperession, Mr panic and last but not least Mr Lonley are still able to have me shaking like a Jelly and sweating as if in sauna.
I con only imaging how pround you must be feeling WTG.
Also a good sign that it can be over come
