Acne and Twitching

Does anybody get twitching happening around there body?, like a muscle twitching or something. Also I appear to have a lot more acne than usual, especially on my head!.

Hi there! I dont have too much twitching going on, but I do have problems with acne, (well i mean, im also 16 so thats not a surprise.lol) but I notice it gets really bad when I'm going through really bad times with my anxiety stuff. Stress is said to be a really big cause of acne, so it makes sense. I drink a lot of water tho, and that seems to help! Water totally cleans out your whole body (including yur skin!) and its said to make you feel better in general, maybe even relieving some stress. So drink up, doll! lol

Hi Gareth,

I used to get alot of twitchig around the body, legs face, arms. somtimes on my leg it was like someone was tapping on it.
Still happens sometime's but not as much now.

Yep - I get the twitching thing Gareth. Feels really odd!! And yes at the minute my skin looks minging too - so all in all, im not painting a great picture of myself am I?? lol...
