Feeling dizzy

I know that I'm not well & have a temperature & swollen glands etc, but I feel dizzy 2nite. It feels like it's actually coming from the back of my head. I can't explain it but I'm so anxious that I can't go 2 bed but I know I should be resting & sleeping to get rid of this infection.

I've had a lot of infections lately & it's worrying me too.

Any other anxiety sufferers keep getting physically sick, like picking every virus up that's going around?

Yes I have been going dizzy and sometimes double vision but it only lasts for 10 mins at a time. Had a eye test all fine. But to dr for me. But the opition did say that dizzy and blurred vision can be caused by stress. And I didn't tell him about my anxiety.

hope you didnt have a to bad night elspeth ive had an aswful one ,felt like i was burning up all night , im same you name it i seem to get it lately ,i think cos we are so down and anxiety is so high our immune system slows down a bit
