Full feeling in chest and Skin tightness

Hi

Its been a while but I have been having episodes more often where I feel a strange fullness in my chest. I keep wondering if it is because I start chest breathing and holding myself?

My main worry is a tightness of the skin between my pecs. It feels like I have either got glue there or have stuck tape on my breast bone. If I clasp the area I am not aware of it any more.

Can anyone give me any advise....?

can you be a little more specific? i dont really understand what you mean?

Not sure how specific I can be it is really hard to describe. It feels as if I am tensing my ribcage isolating and protecting it with very little movement which is making it feel tense. I think the tightness is my main worry. It feels like someone smearing glue in the middle of the chest and letting it dry. Definitely the muscles on the top of my rib cage as if I dig my nails in to the same area you cannot feel the tension.

thats an unusual one. have you been doing any form of exercise you wouldnt normally do?
