can now work alone in my shop!!

I am so chuffed as now I can feel comfy working in my shop on my own and no one in the building whoo hooo I feel independant more each day.

this is the first time Ive felt ok about staying in my shop alone since I owned it and thats been 10 years x

My anxiety has got alot less day to day and I really am staring to see the real me.
Have had anxiety since the age of 13 so ive never had choices before untill now

The thing is if you are doing new things all the time and if you start to feel really ok about doing somthing u didnt do before you need to push on to somthing u have anxiety with as then you start to beat that anxiety more and more..

I've been reading up on CBT info , Claire Weeks, and others and they all say to push yourself and then when you get comfortable push yourself further. It really does work!!
That is how I make headway with my agoraphobia too.

Well done Kate - you are doing so much more.

Perhaps you could help others that are suffering still or post us some info on what works best for you and how you overcame it all etc.

I am choosing to continue just to write what I am doing on the road to recovery I wont be sharing all the things I have been doing to get this far as I can not mention the therapy I am doing as it is a rule on nmp.. I hope you understand Kate xx
