Well I went to a natural healing centre once and the man there put me on Omega 3 and I have been on them for years. The herbalist man swore by them, hope they help you.

As far as I know EPA fish oil is regarded to be effective at reducing the symptoms of depression. I've been on super-doses of omega 3 with all sorts of other stuff in it and I am also taking a medley of other supplements. I can't say for certain what difference they have made. All I know is my recovery started improving around the time I started taking supplements. I also take 3g of inositol per day which seemed to improve the length and quality of my sleep.
