hi i have the biggest fear of being sick i suffer with depression,have massive panic attacks. if anyone is sick i shake and im scared im going to be sick. I feel so stupid to have this fear, i look at other people and i just wish i could be like them it really has taken over my life.

You could ask to be referred for some CBT that may help or have you considered alternative treatments such as EFT?

Hi. I have also suffered with emetophobia for as long as i can remember. Its a horrible thing to have and it is what actually made me become housebound for 2 years.
