feeling positive today!!!

I am feeling really positive today..its only day 3 of taking my cipralex so i know it is probably not them that are making me feel this way...i am due to meet up with some family members whom i have not seen for a while, the thought of this would usually have me feeling very anxious however i am feeling ok with it. Wish me luck,,,will let you know how i get on. Bye for now ! x

Thank you sooo much for your replies they mean a lot! I had a lovely time seeing my family today, there was a couple of moments when i could feel the anxiety creeping in, BUT I GOT THROUGH IT!!!!! Hope this cointinues for me, thanks again xxxx
