I am feeling really awful. Please help

I am about to go to the ER.... I feel pressure on my chest.... My blood pressure is 14/90
and I feel like I am going crazy....
I don't know what to do.......
It feels awful......
I had all test done with a cardiologist... but I am afraid.....
Guys that is not how someone should feel at all....
What should I do ?

try to stay calm ,when you say bp 14 over 90 dont you mean 140 over 90 if it is this its fine no reason to worry ,,,its up because your anxious,i have these feelings in fact all we sufferes do,,are you on any meds get back i will try to help margaret

danna between us all we can get throu this we have to ,,its the brain sending these mess that we are ill ..when in reality we are not ,,there are days i want to stay in bed ,,and not face the world ,,i feel dizzy head ,,churning tum, so i know how you feel..i think the thing we keep asking our selfs is why has this happened to me ,,why we worry about this we get worse,, and the brain feeds on our fear ,,its a very complex organ,,think of it another way if this had happened when you felt good you wouldnt even have worried about it would you,,but now every pain every feeling we believe we are very ill.. no matter how many docters tell us we are fine..do you take propanadol. this stops adrenlin flushing your body ,whitch gives you panic ,,,so try to stay focused,, dont fight this just go with it ,,after a while the brain will stop sending these feelings ,,at least it worth a try ,,believe me ,,i feel the same,, margaret

I don't take propanolol... it might be something to try...
I take klonapin... and last night I got better with it...
but the feelings we feel at that moment... it seems nothing can save me!

i know ..its atch 22. its the worst feeling in the world ,believe me we will come throu this,look at no of people that have this for 10 years or more ,nothing has happened to them,, but they thought it would,, if you get what i am saying margaret
