Hi All,

I am new to this website, came across it whilst researching info on diazepam for flying. I have suffered with panic/anxiety disorder and depression on and off for ten years now and although I have tried cognitive behavioural therapy (which I found amazingly helpful), its still reassuring to know there are others out there that have experienced all the same things as I have and are willing to talk about them. There's nothing more helpful than hearing actual REAL people's experiences and how they have coped and overcome things.
