BECOS i always feels sick and anxiety, i sit awardly everywhere, like i cannot sit still, i always sit slant or when typing at work, i sit badly could all this bad posture cos me to feel so dizziness, giddy and light headed? someone suggest me to go for head massage and neck massage, to let the wind out of my head. don't know? i am confuse. i really want to know wht is wrong with me. i hate this feeling of dizziness, tiredness, lack of energy, depression so what is reallyh cosing me all this sickness, could i tbe depression becos i hv been feeling very depresssed latelya nd stress at office becos of the bully. so what could be contributing to my sickness?
