ive been having terrible episodes where i cant swallow and then i feel as if im holding my breath while i'm trying to swallow.i feel awful todayfunctioning but feel really slow and drained really worried about cancer i'm also having terrible visions of me collapsing and dying i hate this so much it also feels like ive got big demons in my head i hope the prozac makes all this go anyone else relate to this?

ive had the swallowing problem and breathing for ages now ,it is anxiety but we always imaging the worse ,and the more we panic the worse it gets hope you feel better soon

Hi, it's classic anxiety, I get this sometimes where I feel like I can't swallow and there's a vacuum or a bubble of air that is physically stopping me, or my body "forgets" how to perform the swallowing action, something which apparently never happens to Katie Price.
It is not nice at all. I find it happens every now and then, maybe once or twice, then disappears for a while. Stress and anxiety make it worse.
