Introduction and massive relapse today

I am Chris 29 live in the UK since Thursday I have had massive relasping and I am having the worst panic attacks I have every had I am scared to leave the house.

I am on Seroxat and it recently let me done I had paramedics come round and try to bring me back I could,nt move my hands legs or ontrol my mind I have forgotten everything. Whats the best book or advice
