need answers pls any one

my daughter last night was sick twice and as an emetophobic i couldnt cope very well my mum helped out with it all
but im very scared it was a bug
half an hour after she was sick she had some toast and didnt bring it back up
im wondering with a bug do u always bring bile up or could she have just eaten alot of junk at my mums

pls answer because im worrrying like crazy

Hi Sweety

It is probably just a little bug. Kids get them all the time and it's absolutely nothing to worry about. The fact that she has now had toast and hasn't brought it back up probably means she is recovering from it now.

Please try not to worry...I know it is hard. As already said it is very likely a bug or maybe she did eat more than usual and her tummy was just upset. Good that she managed to eat and keep down toast. Hope things are better now. XXXX

It may well have been she has eaten a little too much but either way, it is still nothing to worry about. I promise you.
My son has been sick so many times over the years and i know it's never pleasant but it has never done him any harm whatsoever.
