anxiety and insomnia!

Heard about this site through No Panic, my anxiety is now affecting my sleep patterns, I have OCD thoughts and wondered if anyone else has a similar problem?

Yes. I have also had these symptoms. Don't worry about it. the more you worry. The worse it will all get.

I have also been suffering from insomnia and anxiety. I am slowly recovering now. Still haven't got my appetite back yet but It'll come with time.

You could try Kalms tablets, they seemed to work for me and help bring your anxiety and stress levels down until you can cope on your own. You can get them at boots stores.

You could also see your doctor and see what they say as they will have more of an idea then me.
