Before all this began i used to love watching horror films like scream,halloween etc but since my anxiety disorder started i cant watch them,even thiking of them makes me anxious.It probably doesnt help that the night my ETD started i was watching friday the 13th

Anxiety affects us in so many different ways, and there are things that I loved doing 'before' that are real no-nos now.

I would say don't dwell on it - but I know it's not that simple

put a good comedy on instead -leave the horrors for when you feeling a bit better less shaky if it helps my mum alwys says blood is tomato sauce and the film music score gives the real scares plus i have started too watch loads of films on my own in the dark only too get a bit scared and switch em* off dont worry too much
