    I took another BIG step!

Ok..... what can be more nerve racking than going on a date for the first time? Well as a glutton for punishment I actually met my date in another town meaning I had to take the bus AND train to get there, 2 things I haven't done for well over a year and 2 of the things I most feared.

The train journey there wasn't as bad as I thought it would be, I felt a bit disorientated for a while as I was going backwards and seeing the trees flying past either side made me feel a bit iffy but it seemed to pass.

Had a wonderful day, a meal, went to a museum and had a sit in a lovely park. My sister and mum came over to shop and meet friends who I met for the return journey. We got the bus back to the train station and I was on such a high I didn't even think about the journey. At the train station I saw an old couple struggling with cases so I took them up 2 flights of stairs for them, we got the train and had a lovely journey back!

What an amazing day and how many things I felt I conquered. I can't believe it!

    So very well done, Mark!

Hope you found your date itself to be a success, but if not, your remarkable achievements yesterday have set you up for the future in any case.

    All the Best,

    Ray

    Mark,

That is such brilliant news, I'm thrilled for you..

Please try and repeat it as soon as possible and as Nigel says anchor all the feelings so you can draw on them another time shoudl you ever need to .
