Thread: Pam

    Pam

I have suffered from panic attacks and general anxiety most of my adult life on and off, for a few years i also had agrophobia which i find never really leaves you, you just learn to cope with it.

I am presently having a lot of anxiety problems as my 8 year old son was diagnosed with a brain tumour in July 2008, therefore we are constantly living with a fear of the unknown as to what the future holds. I am doing my best to try and live in the here and now and not worry to much about the future but am finding this very difficult.

If any one can make any suggestions as how to cope with the enourmous range off emotions and feelings i am going through i would be most grateful.

    Welcome to NMP

I am agoraphobic too so i really can relate to how difficult things can get without the added addition of your son being poorly.
We will all help and support you as best we can and i hope your son make a full and fast recovery.

    Big hugs hun
