    Leg Pain

Does anyone suffer from pain in his or her legs? I have what I can only describe as nerve pain that comes and goes and is mainly in my left leg. I do also have aches in my right leg, left hand and arm and my feet are sometimes effected. All these symptoms will come and go from day to day. My GP says it is all anxiety related and that I need to lose some weight, exercise more and move on. I’m trying all of these at the moment. The problem is I never know how my legs are going to be from one day to another and the general achiness of my leg only adds to the health anxiety I already suffer from. Symptom surfing only adds to my anxiety.

    Thanks for listening,

    Stuart

This is a little disconcerting. Doesn't anyone else with anxiety suffer from sensitised nerves? Am I the only one?:(
