    Propranolol and resting heart rate

I’m on Propranolol (think its 40mg morning and another at night) and my resting heart rate is about 50 BPM, that doesn’t seem right…
Keep getting palpitations too which is horrible…

    Anyone else on this?

Hmm, that does seem quite low, but propranolol does slow down your heart rate quite a lot. I was on this to reduce my heart rate for Graves Disease. Maybe the dose is just a bit too high for you. I would have a word with your GP so see if you need to be on a slightly reduced dose.
