I am feeling so depressed/ Started medication today!

Hi everyone,
I will start this telling you that I did fight to hard this feelings until I could no longer take it .
I've been having panic attacks related to Health anxiety/stress/depression EVERY night during 2 weeks.. My husband had to deploy and now I am afraid of being by myself.
It is really hard to be at home.... a place where I used love to be and now I get really scared when I finally get home for school and work.
Today I spoke with my doc and I told him : Do something! put me in a hospital or anything.... he said this would be a drastic measure... All of this because I don't want to be at home and feel like I am going crazy....
He gave me Buspar and Klonapin....

I feel week ... hopeless.... I can't take this shi* no more!!!!!!!!!!

hang in there sweetie... i feel your pain. i know exactly what its like. its horrible. i can tell you that it does get better!! im living proof. i still have anxiety, but it doesnt control my life anymore and im confident that it'll go away in time, and yours will too! change is constant, you wont feel like this forever.

my depression is 99% gone and trust me, ive hit rock bottom. ive been to hospitals, and they help you get back on your feet, but the real change has to come from inside.
