i have bad back and pelvic pain running toilet a lot to wee ,,so rung docter she perscribed antibiotics without even seeing me ,,now i a panicing what if its something else and give me wrong med ,,worried

Sorry to hear you're not feeling too good. I doubt your doctor would prescribe you something over the phone if she wasn't pretty sure of her diagnosis, but if it's really worrying you maybe you could take a sample of your urine in to the doctor's surgery and explain that you want to be sure that it is a water infection. I've done that before now, phoned the receptionist and explained that I thought I had a water infection and they just told me to take a sample in. I'm sure they'd understand.
