Hi! I know a few people have mentioned using relaxation/hypnotherapy tapes. Did a quick Google search and there seems like there are loads available, so could anyone recommend any in particular? Don't want to buy one blind!

Take a look http://www.hypnosisaudio.com/ that is where a few of us are buying tapes/cd's from.
I have a Deep Sleep one from there that is great.

Bought the deep sleep one and the relaxation one - will try anything once!
