Wierd Throat thing

ive had chest pains for a while but this week i feels as if something is coming up the back of my throat which then causes me to have A panic attack as im scared of being sick.
i dont know what it is but it just feels as if its coming up my chest but i swallow and i feel better but then it seems to come up again which makes me panic more
i dont know what it is and ive had it a few days now :'(

Hey,

This sounds like Acid Reflux, this is caused by excess stomach acid. There are quite a few threads on here about it if you search acid reflux. Health anxiety can promote this...easier said than done but probably horrivle HA rearing it's ugly head and nothing to worry about.

I agree - acid reflux - easily sorted with diet and / or medication
