I have just finished my box of chamomile with spiced apple! it was wonderful- seasonal as well at the moment too. It has helped me so many times now I WOULD NOT BE WITHOUT IT!!

a kinesiologist said that if u have camomille tea strong it gives you energy if you have it weak its relaxes you. i often drink it.

Twinings Camomile & Spiced Apple is available in pretty much any store. Asda, Tesco, Waitrose, Co-op, etc.I find it hard to handle the wishy-washy taste of chamomile but love the sound of the spiced apple variety.

Thanks Mumble..shows how hard I look.
I head straight for the decaff t-bags but am getting fed up with them so a change would be nice.
