Just started @ 10Mg...

Hey!

I just took my first 10mg dose of citalopram, i havent touched them for a good few years but my anxiety is so out of control..i can not handle feeling so ill everyday, the aches, the pains, the fear, the depression...

I've had them for 2 days but they've been sitting in front of me, i've chickened out everytime!...but it is now or never.

I took just over 30 minutes ago, i feel a little on edge, but i dont know how much of that is me panicking about taking it!

Will report how i feel in a few days, i hope a few months from now i will feel alot better!!!

Random update...

Talk about a bad night...2 hours sleep, i feel nervous, anxiety and feel like my whole body is buzzing...
