    SJW

I've been taking SJW now for six weeks and to be honest don't think its helped. Is it ok to just stop or should I cut down slowly. Thanks

    Hi Sweep1

You need to taper it down rather than just stopping it .

    Sweep 1,

Just a reminder---when you are trying herbal remedies you have to allow ample time for them to work. I would give the SJW another 6 weeks, at least, before I made my final decision.
