Hi All
I went to my first Yoga class to-day, and you know what, I REALLY ENJOYED IT !! I explained to the lady that runs the class about my anxiety, and she was great. She did the whole beathing technique, meditation and a few different yoga positions. All the other girls there were friendly. Some more advanced than others but that didn't matter
we all went at our own pace. The end of the session we all lay on our mats covered ourselves up with blankets, and she put on some very soothing music and talked up through contracting and then loosening all our muscles. At the end of the session I felt sooooo relaxed, and also dead chuffed with myself for making the effort to go. Can't wait till next week.
