18 weeks on escitalopram

Hi everyone,
18 weeks on, had great last 3 weeks, but since Friday waking up 5am with a very busy mind (loads of stuff that doesnt mean anything, everytime i shut my eyes) massively anxious and cant get enough air in my lungs, help, what's happening to me, is that anxiety? is it just a bad few days, i feel i cant take much more, im sore tired of it - help

I went through EXACTLY the same as you! It's just a blip, don't panic, you will get better.

Hey its a blip, Im having one at the moment, just accept it and remember it will pass. dont try fight it just go with the flow. I do know what Im talking about as its my second time on this and Ive had a few blips.
