Does anyone else get anxious or have a full blown panic attack when they are tired. Some days I am so tired that I swear I could fall asleep standing. One these days I get really freaked out thinking something is wrong with me (congestive heart failure, MS, etc list goes on). All of these are highly unlikely as I have had through exams that are show up normal. I get plenty of sleep so it begins to worry me when I have these days....I am sure its just hormones.
