Berocca (High Strength Vitamins)

Hi

I am taking these & have been on them a week.

Have seen good results so far...

BUT... I was talking to someone and they told me to come off them they said there daughter has anxiety and found that when she started taking these it got worse as the energy in them heightened the *flight or fight* giving her more & intense attacks

So now im worried they will upset the anxiety evn tho im benefiting.

Can anyone reasure me that these are ok and that must be a one off as i want to stay on them for as long as i can...

heya, i take berocca too, its great for giving you a boost, but remember that in order for these vitamins to be absorbed into your system, you have to have a healthy balanced det. thats where i went wrong! i love how it turns my pee yellow haha.

dont be worried about coming off them - i did for a while and it doesn't make a difference, you will feel a bit tired but thats all. berocca is safe to take once every day - any excess that isnt absorbed is just pee'd out cos its all water soluble =]
