    I LOVE my cats...

I hope this will give you a laugh (and not make you feel ill...)

One of my cats, Monty, seems to spend 3 days (at least) out of every week at someone elses' house - I usually get him 4 days in a row. Well, he returned on Saturday and hasn't left my sight since. He's even taken to sleeping on my pillow all night. And of course, I let him because he's lush and it's soooo nice to have him home.

Yesterday morning I was waking up and I could feel a wet patch on my pillow, near my mouth. I thought I'd been dribbling and started panicking about what would make me dribble. I was sort of coming to, and noticed a couple of other little wet patches - now I was really worried! WHAT would make me dribble so much? Had I lost a tooth or been s**k in the night???

Monty was still snoozing on my pillow - I honestly didn't think for a second that he'd done a wee or anything, he's just not like that.

Then I discovered something. I was 'cuddling' a slug. Really, it was sort of on my arm, trails all over my pj top! OMG!!! But seriously, it WAS just laying there like we'd been snuggled up all night. AND THERE WAS THAT WET BIT BY MY MOUTH OMG HOW CLOSE HAD IT GOT???

I don't think Monty bought it in for me, not intentionally - he's far too lazy. I think it probably came in on his tail (VERY fluffy).

I love my cat. I love my cat. I love my cat.

Ha ha ha i love this story!

Especially the bit about panicking about what would make you dribble so much - the sign of a true HA!

I have frogs and mice usually - fortunately never on my pillow...

Having pets are well known for helping to de-stress....usually..

Monty is quite stressful - very demanding!

Up until the slug incident, I think the worst was when I found a shrew 'welded' to my very hot night storage heater. the smell! I picked it up by the tail and it just sort of disintegrated. EWWWW.

No way could I cope with frogs

Well, it is her house after all. You're just allowed to live there.

Ours leave presents on the bedroom floor and you get up to a mouse or vole on the floor.

Once they were sick in the bathroom and I got up in the night to go to the loo and stood in it

    It was not nice!

Mine just bought in a moth and placed it by my chair. She does it most nights, and they are never hurt, she must hold them very gently in her mouth.
