    I bought one of the wrist bands....it seems to be getting bigger and keeps falling off my wrist!? A big help though!

    I have tiny wrists!!! I think it is the constant "taking it off" that seems to be stretching it???

    where can i get one of these wrist bands from?

    Current meds,
    duloxetine 60mg am/ pm , cut out night time one,, see how it goes,
    seroquel 200mg xr pm ------ weaned down to 150mg-------now 100mg------ 50mg---------NONE-----back on 50mg


    diaizpam 5mg, as needed.

    come on panic attack do your worse,, you can knock me down,, BUT I WILL GET BACK UP AGAIN.

    I wear my wristband all the time

    When Im having a wobble I look at it and smile cos it reminds Me of all the fantastic freinds Ive made since I joined NMP over 3 years ago
