I have been having this fear for the longest time now and I kind of forgot about it for couple of months but now its back again. I have been feeling feverish in the past few days. Like I check my forehead every 2 min to see If I have fever or not and it feels hotter than usual, at least that’s what I think. And I have been searching for causes of low grade fever for the past 4-5 hours and its making me freak out. Like sometimes im just seating and all of a sudden I get this confusion, fatigue spell and my eyes kind of get sleepy and tired and I check my forehead and it feels so hot, but it goes away after like 20-30 min and comes back again randomly few times a day. Could this be caused by anxiety? I’m actually going to get a thermometer tomorrow just to make sure. I don’t know why im freaking out over this but I cant stop thinking I have a low grade fever.
