Hi there
didnt know what to put this under, so i thought i would put it under what i suffer from. This is my question. I have listened to claie weeks download off this website and it seems to make sense to me, but i was wondering has she written any books that some one recommends as i had a look in town yesterday and couldnt see any. Also what is the title and where did you get it.
I now realise i have been going around this all the wrong way and after a terrible week at work and mt stress, anxiety, panic being sky high need to take urgent action

The book by Claire Weeks ""Essential help for your nerves"" (as sold by NMP) is one of the best i have read.
