anxiety and depression group

Well ive finally done it. Today i plucked up the courage to phone about this group in my area. I go tomorrow , i just feel that everything is getting on top of me and since my mum died just cant cope anymore, everything is just spiralling out of control. Especially the anxiety. Hopefully maybe speaking to people not too close to me and have been through some of the things i have may help, i'll try anything just now. I am panicking about going though. Wish me luck.
