Bachs rescue spray...

Just crashed my way through Boots and bought some Bachs which ive heard a lot about on here. Unfortunately I was already in such a state that it wouldnt have done me much help this time! Wonder if it has really worked for anyone? After all have been on so many mind and body altering ad's am a little sceptical of a few flowers to say the least!

Its value is in its placebo effect, which can be considerable.

If you believe it'll work, it probably will. And it can have its place as part of a calming ritual: just the act of using it could calm you down, regardless of the efficacy of the ingredients.

At the very least, it won't do any harm.

A lot of people find the bach stuff helpful,and it doesn't matter if it's a placebo effect or not really. Whatever gets you through the day as the song goes
